This may include a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), passport, or any other government-issued identification document accepted in Pakistan. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation will result in suspension of your account until verification is completed.

To access the full range of zk266 betting, casino, and gaming services, you must register a personal account on the platform. The following conditions apply to your account registration and ongoing use:

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active account on the zk266 platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. zk266 employs technical measures to detect duplicate accounts and will close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances where multiple accounts are identified.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information updated at all times. Providing false or misleading information — including a false date of birth, fake name, or an address that does not correspond to your actual location — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your zk266 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. zk266 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. 3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

zk266 operates a Know Your Customer programme consistent with international anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit KYC documents before making your first withdrawal or at any other time zk266 deems necessary. Accepted documents for Pakistani users include CNIC, passport, and recent utility bills (dated within three months) for proof of address.

All financial transactions on the zk266 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern the deposit and withdrawal of funds:

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

zk266 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and debit card. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. zk266 does not currently accept cryptocurrency deposits.

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your zk266 account. These limits may vary by payment method. zk266 reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time and may apply additional limits to individual accounts where responsible gaming considerations or fraud prevention measures require it.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in the cashier section of the platform. zk266 aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly. Withdrawals may be delayed pending completion of KYC verification or where a transaction is flagged for security review. zk266 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the account.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

zk266 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. Any transaction suspected of being connected to money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be suspended pending investigation. Funds connected to suspicious activity may be frozen and ultimately forfeited if required by law.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the zk266 platform. Specific product rules — including cricket betting rules, PSL market rules, casino game rules, and slot game rules — are published separately within the relevant product section.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is accepted only when confirmed by the zk266 system and a confirmation reference is issued. In the event of a technical error or communication failure during bet placement, zk266 reserves the right to void the bet. Bets placed on markets that have already been settled or where the event outcome is already known at the time of placement will be voided.

5.2 Errors & Obvious Mistakes

If zk266 publishes incorrect odds, lines, or game parameters due to a manifest error, zk266 reserves the right to correct the error and void any bets accepted at the incorrect price or parameter. This applies to pricing errors, settlement errors, and any technical glitch that results in incorrect information being displayed to the player.

5.3 Collusion & Match Fixing

Any form of collusion, match fixing, or arrangement between players to manipulate game or betting outcomes is strictly prohibited. zk266 cooperates with sporting bodies, regulators, and law enforcement agencies to detect and report match fixing. Accounts found to be involved in any form of match manipulation will be permanently closed and all associated funds forfeited.

5.4 Responsible Betting

Betting on the zk266 platform should be conducted for entertainment purposes only. zk266 offers various bonuses, free bets, and promotional incentives to its players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each offer, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. zk266 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the promotional period stated. Expired bonuses will not be reinstated under any circumstances.
• zk266 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, including where the offer has been accepted but wagering requirements have not yet been completed.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• The use of multiple accounts, false identities, or any other method to circumvent bonus eligibility rules will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zk266 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or platform use.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
• Attempting to launder money or using the platform in connection with any criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing zk266 staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's backend systems, databases, or any other restricted components.

All content on the zk266 platform — including but not limited to the zk266 name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of zk266 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the zk266 platform without the prior written permission of zk266. Unauthorised use of any zk266 intellectual property may constitute a violation of copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zk266 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if zk266 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

zk266's total liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your zk266 account at the time the relevant claim arises. zk266 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failures.

Your privacy is important to zk266. The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of your agreement with zk266.

By registering an account on zk266, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes information you provide during registration and KYC verification, transaction data, gameplay data, and device and usage information collected through standard analytics tools.

zk266 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all Pakistani cities and communities it serves. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, available to all account holders free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.

• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity.

Upon termination for breach, any balance in the account may be forfeited. If termination occurs for reasons unrelated to breach — such as voluntary account closure — any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of all outstanding KYC requirements.
